File Name: Please use the following naming convention:
First Initial Surname_Short Abstract Title
(e.g., J Doe_AI Technologies in Healthcare)
Ethics Approval: If your study involves human participants, please be prepared to upload proof of ethics approval from the relevant institution.

The Scientific Review Subcommittee takes research ethics seriously. To support this commitment, we are now asking all researchers to submit documentation of ethics approval alongside their abstracts, where applicable.
